Property Management Services

Overall Functioning and management of the hotel.

  • We work on Revenue sharing based model with an Initial Set up Fee for managing your Hotel.
  • We will appreciate if there is no Involvement and Interferences regarding the running of the hotel.
  • We shall maintain transparency accounts and other financial details shall be shared with your company in a regular basis.
  • We shall require a few changes to be done in the building according to our requirements which shall be communicated after a thorough visit to the hotel.
  • All our Prescribed Standards and Specifications needs to be followed by your company.
  • We shall be responsible to appoint a well trained marketing team to handle the marketing aspect and expansion of business, publicity, etc.
  • All direct and Indirect costs like salaries and wages, Pension funds, Gratuity, raw material costs, energy bills, licensing fees, Investment cost, Cost of structuring and de-structuring etc shall be borne by the Owners. We shall recruit appropriate staff for easy functioning of the resort, the salary of which shall be borne by the Hotel.

 

THE FINANCIAL DETAILS ARE EXPLAINED BELOW:

 

  • Our Visit fee depends on the location of the hotel.It includes transport cost and accomodation for our team.
  • SET UP FEE is generally 5% - 8% of the Project Cost excluding the land cost.

 

Set up fees would include the following –

  1. Hotel Management Software and Restaurant POS along with 1 year Annual Maintenance.
  2. Hotel Website domain,webspace and email to be designed by us with 1 year Annual Maintenance and Search Engine Optimization of the site.
  3. Cost of marketing set up, staffing at our Mumbai office.
  4. Supervision and administration of the various functions listed above upto opening of the Hotel.
  5. Transportation of our staff To And Fro from Mumbai to your hotel till the opening.

 

We would work towards completing the set-up within a span of Three Months, thereafter positioning the Hotel for Business.

 

After Set up Of the Hotel and commencement of Business a 20 % of Revenue shall be shared from the Total Sale of the Hotel. This percentage shall cover all Marketing Expenses after the Set-Up. We would appoint a well trained marketing team to create awareness about the Hotel and market the same as specified earlier.
